Seminar on Shoulder Minimally Invasive Surgery was filled to capacity at the Surgical Institute of Reading! Dr. Soffer discussed latest techniques of Arthroscopic Surgery that he is teaching to other surgeons as a Master Arthroscopy course instructor.
